Music Concept for Urban Mall Bikini Berlin

The “Zentrum am Zoo” (Centre at the Zoo) ensemble, completed in 1957 is a symbol of Berlin’s City West and one of the few still preserved contemporary eyewitnesses to the eventful history of post-war Berlin.
Once the Berlin Wall was erected, the ensemble of buildings fell into a Sleeping Beauty slumber, from which it was brought back to life in spring 2014 following a respectful revitalisation. Bikini Berlin was born: a unique combination of shopping, gastronomy, workspaces, cinema, leisure, recreation and hotel.

All this demanded a unique music approach. As Musique Couture we hand-picked different moods which then were implemented with our partner Hear Dis. The music adjusts to different hours of the day and gets frequent updates to keep up with the comings and goings of the mall.
