IN THEIR FIRST BERLIN FASHION SHOW, THE KOOPLES TOOK US ON A ROCK ‘N ROLL JOURNEY THROUGH THE DECADES
The Kooples are the go-to brand for couples searching for just the right volume of attitude in their outfits. The Paris-born retailer has built an enviable reputation off the back of celebrated pairs from the past, with two striking outfits proving infinitely stronger than one.
As part of our sensational lineup of fashion shows at Bread & Butter 2017, The Kooples presented their hotly-anticipated AW17 menswear and womenswear collections. The theme stays true to the brand’s DNA, paying tribute to the iconic musical movements from the 1960s through to the ‘80s.
To honour the most legendary parties of the psychedelic-era, looks included suede, florals and perfectly worn-in denim. While punk’s dynasty was brought into focus with rock star leather jackets and military detailing. The folk influence strummed through a series of patchwork shirts and Western wide-brimmed headwear.
It was all about bringing the rebellious spirit to the runway.
